EXAMPLE:(2R,4R)-1-[ N<2>-( 3-Isopropoxybenzenesulfonyl )-L-arginyl ]4-methyl- 2-piperidinecarboxylic acid. USE:Remedy for thrombosis. Blood platelet coagulation inhibiting agent. The compound has a particular steric structure, and exhibits especially high anti-thrombic effect. PROCESS:The compound of formula IX (R<3>, R<4> are NO2, tosyl, etc.; R<2>' is quinolyl, etc.) is prepared from a compound of formula II via several processes. Hydrogenation decomposition of the compound of formula IX affords the compound of formula I. |
