<p>The heating equipment is for the driver's cab or passenger compartment of a commercial vehicle. It comprises a housing pre-fabricated or formed directly in the bodywork and containing a fan driven by a variable-speedmotor, together with a heat exchanger and air inlet and outlet. Between a main switch (18) in the positive wire (17) and the terminals (14, 15) for the different fan motor speeds is a time-lag relay (20). This initially starts the motor at full speed, and then reduces the speed after a predetermined time has elapsed.</p> |
