PURPOSE:To surely transfer an electric wire from a step to another on a bobbin, by providing a unit for reading the rotational position of a flier and a unit for reading the step descent position of the bobbin and by using the output signals of both the units to control a flier driving motor. CONSTITUTION:A coil inserter 3 is made coincident with the first step 6a and 7a of the bobbin. The flier 2 is rotated to sequentially drop the electric wire 1 into between the blades of the coil inserter 3. A rotation detector 32 is provided on the upper end of a counter shaft 20 which rotates at the same speed as the flier 2. The driving motor is controlled to a constant speed by a converter 36. The position of the flier 2 is detected by a reader 35. When the bobbin is moved to the second step 6b' after a prescribed number of times of rotation, the descent position of the bobbin 6 is detected by another reader 68 to compensate for the change in the speed of the motor by the detection signal of the readers 35, 68. |
