The trailer can load and unload by rolling or sliding and then transports materials. This is done on an access ramp (7) lengthening a shoe (2) pivoting on the wheel shaft (5). Opposite to the ramp the shoe has a sole pressing on the ground and a fixing for a removable drawbar. The ramp and stops with the shoe are arranged so that when material (13) is at the end of its run on the ramp and against the stops (3), the centre of gravity is directly over the wheel shaft. The material can then be secured.
