<p>The lining uses a flexible shell to house a roof lining by gripping it lightly. The shell can be fixed and fitted with reinforcements, such as rods, resistant to bending. The shell is made of a thermoplastics sheet pressed to 1-3 mm. thick. Alternatively, the shell can be of soft thermoplastics 1-5mm. thick or of fibrous material, joined by a thermoplastics substance. The shell fixings can be varied -lugs, openings, grooves, etc. The reinforcement is by using profiled rods. The shell is shaped by performing to match the roof contours.</p> |
