Plastic bags prefabricated as reel of tubular film - for convenient use as spoil packing bags in mines

Bags for packing away spoil underground are detached one by one from a continuous reel of tubular film which has previously been welded and perforated to define the size and shape of each bag. More convenient than moving and using stacks of individual bags or making bags from tubular film in situ underground in a mine. Pref. the edge of the flat film is nicked to indicate and facilitate the start of each tear zone.
