PURPOSE:To realize a color-picture recording method which reproduces a picture signal of three primary-color signals by use of laser light after modulating it by different high-frequency signals and mixing modulated signals. CONSTITUTION:Picture signals of respective colors color-separated by three solid image sensors 11-13 are modulated with different high-frequency carrier signals 17 -19 by modulating circuits 14-16, whose outputs are mixed by mixer 20 to drive acousto-optical element 22. A light beam from laser light source 23 is color-separated into three primary diffracted beams by acousto-oprical element 22 by being polarized with high-frequency carrier signals 17-19. Those diffracted beams form images on photosensing substance drums 33-35 by way of scanning rotary polygon mirror 28 and mirrors 30-32. Around photosensing substance drums 33-35, corona dischargers 36-38 for charging, developing units 39-41, corona dischargers 42-44 for transcription, cleaning units 45-47, and corona dischargers 48 -50 for electric- charge elimination are arranged and a picture of each color is transferred at the same position on transferring sheet 54 conveyed on belt 51 to form the color picture on sheet 54. |
