The electronic organ keyboard has two additional keys at the base or edges of the keyboard and connected respectively to the left and right percussion units and allowing alternation between the two percussion plays, while the keyboard is free for polyphonic playing. With a two-keyboard organ the percussion units are connected to respective keyboards. Two or more foot pedals may be provided, one per percussion play. For example one pedal controls a base drum sound, the other a Charleston beat.
