The concrete pump with a bent oscillating tube (1) immersed in a concrete filled hopper (2) has two plungers (12) which are alternately operated to enter the end of the tube. The changeover spindle (3) passes through the end wall (8) of the hopper to engage the bent part of the tube. A driving arm (5) is mounted on the other end of the spindle. This spindle also passes through an inner arm (4) with one end fitting around the inlet end of the oscillating tube and with its other end supported against the inside surface of the end wall, held there under pressure. The latter end houses a piston (22) which is connected by a line (23) to a channel through the changeover spindle and to a pressure source.
