<p>The equipment covers the nozzle face of an ink-jet printing head, having a cassette inserted in the mechanism and with apertures for feeler, drive and adjusting members, also a cover ribbon and cleaning ribbon wound past an opening in the cassette wall bearing against the nozzle face. The ends of the two different ribbons (4,5) are secured to the cores (9,10) of storage (2) and coiling spools (3). Each ribbon after leaving the storage spool is directed by its own guides (11,12,18,19) in adjacent areas to a common opening (6) within the movement range of the head (25), and then fed to the core (10) of the coiling spool (3).</p> |
