摘要 <p>The device for measuring or adjusting the relative positions of two mutually movable bodies, e.g. an incremental opto electrical measurement device, marking device, machine part positioning device is small, compact and partic. suitable for portable measurement equipment. It satisfies high accuracy requirements. The arms (23,24) of a C-shaped hollow body (10) are highly tensile but springy perpendicular to the symmetry plane (14). It has guide faces (26,27,28,29) on the small sides (25,29) inclined to the plane (14) of symmetry. The guide faces form recessed or projecting prism surfaces on which the bodies (11) slide on corresp. surfaces (30,31,32,33) of tetrafluorethylene or similar low friction material. Measurement errors arising from variations in parallelness of the guide surfaces are easily compensated without significantly increasing manufacturing costs.</p>
