PURPOSE:To perform maintenance work in a time zone in which the number of hindrances are minimum by counting and storing the number of copying sheets at every time zone which is set and displaying the number of copying sheets at every time zone by using a numerical display device of plural digits. CONSTITUTION:A counting value of the number of copying sheets, namely, a count value which is counted by dividing it into the prescribed number of time zones which are set in advance, for instance, at every four time zones such as the time zones I-IV is stored in a RAM 112 of a first CPU 100, and these counted values are brought to rotation display by using a set magnification display part 71 and the number of copying sheets display part 72 in a display part 70. In such a way, a time zone in which the number of hindrances with a user suffers due to a fact that the copying machine cannot be used is minimum, in other words, a time zone being the most convenient for performing the maintenance work can be known in advance. |
