The system is for lateral alignment of a sheet on the loading table of a machine such as a printing press, having a lug a against which the sheet is pulled, a pressure roller placed against the sheet top surface, and a hinging segment underneath transporting the sheet against the lug. The roller (8) is pressed by a pneumatic ram (3) against the sheet (27), while a further such ram (31) actuated the segment (25). The air supply to the rams is controlled by a valve, delaying that to the segment ram in relation to that to the roller ram. |
