Polyester filament tarpaulin was manufd. from industrial high-strength polyester 500-1500D zero-twist filaments, which were weaved into 8-15 pitches/inch in warp-weft density. The weaving machine comprised friction roller(B), surface roller(C), guide roller(D), and rotation roller in palce of breast beam, in which the surfaces of each rollers were surrounded with gum strops(G) which were treated with synthetic resin having an affinity with polyester fiber and PVC. The weaved polyester cloth was laminated with PVC sheet to give polyester filament tarpaulin.
