In an apparatus for rising and falling worktable, a rising and falling column for supporting a flatform which is shaped buoyant structure, and a couple of racks on the sides of the column are in relative motion perpendicularly. The apparatus comprises pairs of rigid rings in which mounting and dismounting appliances with the racks are situated, upper and lower hydraulic cylinders for moving upper & lower rings respectively, and screw jacks of which one sides are fixed on upper sides of housings and other sides are connected with the upper rings.
