PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of current and to firmly fix batteries by inserting the T-shaped projection of the elastic member in an upper space between batteries and fixing the elastic member and battery table with a fastener. CONSTITUTION:Batteries 1 are placed on the table 5 provided with case metal members 2 and fixed. Where the projection 9 of the elastic member 8 such as special rubber with excellent corrosion resistance and insulation with T-shaped cross section is inserted in a space 4 longitudinally between batteries 1, and shoulders 10 are placed on the batteries. Stopper members such as washer are provided on the ends of projection of the elastic member 8 placed as mentioned above, fastening metal members 12 are provided on it, bolts 6 from the table 5 are inserted into holes on the elastic member 8, and nuts are fastened to fix firmly by bending the elastic member 8. |
