<p>D-14565 UNITARY MOLDED CONTAINER LID AND TRAY FOR ARTICLE PACKAGING A domed container lid and tray which are suitable for many packaging applications and especially for packaging ampuls. The lid and tray have a unitary molded construction and are characterized by being formed from a thin, relatively flexible material so as to be capable of being readily and inexpensively fabricated, or thermoformed, from a plastic material such as high impact polystyrene or the like. Both the lid and tray components are also structurally designed in such a manner that each may be conveniently internested with other like lids and trays for compact storage and shipment. Additionally, the lid and tray compartments include means molded therein for accommodating stacking of a plurality of assembled containers, or packaged, in registered vertical alignment one on top of another to facilitate storage and shipment.</p> |
