AN ADDRESSING UNIT FOR A MICROPROGRAMMED MEMORY The addressing unit completes two microprogram sequences in quasi-simultaneity, these two sequences being prerecorded in a single memory. An address for a given face is delivered to the output of the unit at a fixed frequency. To this end, while the unit takes into account the data required for calculating an address for one face, it calculates the following address relating to the other face, the data having been acquired for this other face during the preceding period.
