<p>The container is rectangular and is made from plastic covered material which is formed into a tube by means of a lap joint facing an outside edge to an inside edge. The tube is then filled and the container is cut off into lengths which are used to form the ends of the container. the ends seams are then formed. The overlap of the joint is of the order of 20% of the height of the container, which is located at about 1/3 of the way down from the top and may have a capacity of about 1 litre.</p> |
