PURPOSE:To get a kneading tube of constant extrusion, by providing a freely sliding partition plate having holes equipped with a claw, acting on only one way, inside the tube having an extruding opening and a bottom cover having a hole almost at the center and by inserting a freely sliding rack bar to mesh with the claws at the rack from the hole of the bottom cover. CONSTITUTION:Holes 5 provided with a claw 4, acting on only one way, inside a tube having an extruding opening 1 are opened to freely make slide a partition plate 6 arranged almost in the center. Next, a bottom cover 9 having a hole 8 almost at the center is detachably fitted with the tube and a freely sliding rack bar 11 is inserted with a rack directing a head from the hole 8 of the bottom cover 9. At that time, the rack 10 is inserted into the hole 5 to mesh with the claw 4 of the partition plate 6. When a lever 15 is pushed, the rack 10 is connected to a part 17 of an axis bar 18 and the axis bar is forwarded by a distance S due to compression of a circular spring 2 and at the same time the tip 27 of the claw 4 meshes with the rack 10 of the rack bar 11 to feed the partition plate 6 by one pitch of gear of distance S of the rack 10 to extrude a certain quantity from the opening 1. When the force is re leased, the part 17 of the axis bar 18 is pushed back by means of the circular spring 21 and the axis bar 18 and the rack bar 11 are pushed back but the partition plate 6 remains at the position. |
