PURPOSE:To obtain a film-laminated perforated steel plate having a high rust preventing effect, by decompressing spaces between film-contacting portions of heating rolls and surfaces of the steel plate to allow the films to enter perforations made thereon, whereby the films are also fitted on edges of the perforations. CONSTITUTION:Two heating rolls 1, 1 are disposed parallel to each other, and a steel plate 2 having a plurality of perforations 5 and heated is passed between the heating rolls 1, 1 to paste under pressure films 3, 3 on both surfaces of the steel plate 2. During this film-pasting operation, spaces on the film supply side and between film-contacting portions of the heating rolls 1, 1 and surfaces of the steel plate are decompressed to allow the films 3, 3 to be brought into close contact with the steel plate. The films 3, 3 are thus laminated on the steel plate 2. During the decompression operation, the films 3, 3 are pressed by the atmospheric pressure, so that they enter the perforations 5 in the steel plate 2. As a result, the films 3, 3 are brought into close contact with each other, and edges of the perforations 5 are covered with the films 3, 3 completely. Consequently, rust can be prevented as well from occurring in the perforations 5. |
