摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cracks due to the rise of temperature of transformer coils by varying the thickness of a highly reinforced fiber material depending on the distribution of temperature in the divided coils. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of a highly reinforced fiber material 5 is varied, e.g., over the range of 2.5mm., 2.0mm., 1.5mm., and 1.0mm., depending on the distribution of the temperature in divided coils 1a-1d, between which an interlayer insulating material 4 is provided. Then, a molded transformer and the like is formed by molding the entire body. A glass tape and the like is used as the highly reinforced fiber material 5. In this constitution, the spread of cracks at the edge of the coil conductor and at the tip of the interlayer insulating material 4 where the cracks are easy to be generated can be prevented by the glass tape 5 and the like, the residual stress in a resinous layer 3 is equalized, and the generation of the cracks due to the rise of the temperature can be prevented.
