<p>PURPOSE:To generate a PROM without a special program and a general interface by reading out a PROM write data by a DMA from a memory of an address designated by a lower limit address setting switch and an upper limit address setting switch and writing it in the PROM. CONSTITUTION:When a write start switch 9 of a PROM writer 1 is turned on, a DMA (direct memory access) circuit 5 reads out a PROM-converted data by a direct memory access from a memory 4 of an execution CPU 2 which is set by a lower limit address setting switch 8. The PROM-converted data which is read out is written in a PROM by a PROm writing circuit 6. When a transfer of once is ended, the DMA circuit 5 brings an internal memory address counter to increment, and the next memory address data is outputted from the DMA circuit 5. Also, the write operation is executed repeatedly to an address which is set by an upper limit address setting switch 7. In such a way, the PROM can be generated easily.</p> |
