Device for dispensing a liq. from a container features a pump chamber with inlet and outlet, and a compressible and extendable bellows whose flexible walls enclose (part of) the vol. of the chamber. These wall have "elastic memory", thus tending to return the bellow to an initial, compressed state after it has been extrneded to a vacuum-generating, i.e. sucking position. The bellows and almost all other components are made of relatively inexpensive materials, partic. plastics such as polyolefin, polyester, PVC, EVA, polyurethane and/or synthetic rubber.
