PURPOSE:To emboss a diaphragm with accuracy by making a male mold of hard rubber and a female mold of metal and then by chasing the concave surface of the female mold with concave designs. CONSTITUTION:On female mold 9 formed metal, plane metal foil 11 of aluminum, etc., is arranged. Male mold 6 made of hard rubber moved downward to hold metal foil 11 by pressing clamp 8 against the outer circumferential part of female mold 9 first, and then male mold 6 while brought into contact with metal foil 11 is further moved downward to form a shape determined by female mole 9 and male mold 6. When made mold 6 comes into the strongest contact with female mold 9, the elasticity of male mold 6 presses concave chased pattern 10 of female mold 9 into metal foil 11 to chase the diaphragm with designs of characters and symbols. Then, male mold 6 is elevated and the loudspeaker diaphragm is taken out of female mold 9. |
