PURPOSE:To make it possible to provide a fibrous material onto the surface of a core at an unrestricted position in an unrestricted shape by a method wherein the surface, onto which the core is bonded, of the fibrous material is covered by a hot-melt film and its remaining surface is covered by a polyvinyl acetate-based film. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous material 2, which is formed in the predetermined size and shape, is enclosed by respectively covering its surface, onto which a core 1 is bonded, by a hot-melt film 3 and its remaining surface by a polyvinyl acetate-based film 4. The resultant fibrous material 2 is set with the hot-melt film facing upper side at the predetermined position in the bottom force 5a of a urethane resin foaming mold 5 so as to clamp the mold by putting a top force 5b upon the bottom force 5a. When urethane resin stock is poured in the mold and heated, the hot-melt film 3 melts, resulting in bonding the core 1 and the fibrous material 2 together. Further, the polyvinyl acetate-based film 4 breaks due to thermal shrinkage, resulting in exposing the fibrous material 2. |
