PURPOSE:To effectively prevent an engine from excessively rotating, by connecting a time constant circuit between the gate of a thyristor and the output terminal of an electricity generator for a signal. CONSTITUTION:When an engine goes into an excessive rotation state due to the abnormal rise in its revolution speed, the velocity of a charging electricity generator 1 and an electricity generator 11 for a signal becomes high. As a result, the forward voltage across an electricity generation coil 2 rises before a thyristor 9 is turned off. The forward voltage across the coil 2 is short-circuited through the anode and cathode of the thyristor 9 so that a capacitor 4 is not charged. At that time, the revolution speed falls. Therefore, the engine is prevented from excessively rotating. |
