<p>A substrate that has a finish of a clear coat toplayer in firm adherence to a color coat layer that is in adherence with the substrate; wherein the clear coat consists essentially of a transparent film forming binder; the color coat consists essentially of a film forming binder and pigments; the color coat contains an ultraviolet light stabilizer and optionally, both the clear coat and the color coat contain an antioxidant and an ultraviolet light stabilizer, this finish has an excellent appearance and has excellent weatherability and durability and is particularly useful as a finish for automobiles and trucks.</p> |
