PURPOSE:To obtain a side dish having improved flavor and crispiness, by pickling a bamboo shoot in sake lee. CONSTITUTION:A bamboo shoot is pickled in sake lee to give a pickle having improved flavor. The resulting pickle relishes well as a side dish and is suitable for an accompaniment of sake. |
