The process comprises the mass heating of the blood in the liquid phase or the plasma or serum thereof by slow and continuous stirring of said mass, the operation being carried on up to the vicinity of the boiling temperature. The blood is then in a stable curdled phase, slightly wet, of long preservation capacity, comprised of granules (57 to 61) of the size of about a micron, adhering slightly between each other. Preferably as early as the bleeding, an anticoagulating agent such as EDTA Na2 is added to the blood. The curdled product obtained may be used for animal feeding or as fertilizer. |
