<p>To enhance the glueing quality of bodies having a high tension coefficient such as elements used in the manufacturing of skis, a sheet of elastomer material having a thickness of from .1 to .2 mm is introduced into the glue layer, which sheet, according to the manufacturing requirements, has a relatively high thickness tolerance. The present sheets have a smaller thickness tolerance and may be used without any particular surface processing. For the preparation of said sheets, they are brought, in a liquid state, on a blushing of fibers: a) resins based on polyisocyanates and polyhydroxy compounds and/or polyamines or b) resins based on polyepoxydes and polyhydroxy compounds and/or polyamines and/or polycarbocylated compounds or c) an impregnation mixture based on rubber-latex; the blushing of fibers is then passed into an area at a higher temperature where the resins and the impregnation mixture will harden and/or dry yielding an elastomer containing the fibers on blushing. </p> |
