Spray appliance for aggressive fluids - has mesh sieve in front of nozzle aperture, and nozzle pipe between aperture and sieve

The spray unit is esp. for aggressive fluids, esp. cleaning media. It consists of a nozzle connected to a pressure spray appliance. A mesh sieve (9) is positioned at a distance in front of the aperture (16) of the nozzle (3). A nozzle pipe (10), which surrounds the outlet aperture (14), is positioned behind the mesh sieve, in the direction of passage. The nozzle is a conical jet nozzle, and the dia. of the mesh is adjusted to the jet cone. At the connection point to the sieve, the nozzle pipe has an ID which corresponds to the active mesh dia. The pipe conically decreases in size towards the outlet aperture.
