In a circuit arrangement for a programmed switching and control device in which a plate (3) serving as the programme carrier is inserted in a slot (2) in the device (1) and pairs of associated light transmitters (4) and receivers (5) are disposed in slots (6) arranged on opposite sides of the slot as shown in Fig. 1 or on the same side of the slot, as shown in Fig. 3, one pair comprising transmitter (4) and receiver (5) is associated with a timing channel (7) and further pairs are associated with data-carrying channels (8, 8'-8n') and each receiver (5) is connected to an amplifier (9) of which the amplifier associated with the channel (7) is connected to a memory (11) through an electronic control (10) and each of the other amplifiers (9) is connected through the memory (11) to an output amplifier (12) and a switching element (13). |
