N-Di:ethylene:amido-thiophosphonyl:imino-tri:chloro-acet:ethylene- :amid - antitumour agent which inhibits epithelial and mesenchymal malignant growths

N-Diethyleneamido thiophosphonylimino trichloroacetethylene amide of formula (I) is new. (I) inhibits tumors and can be used in the treatment of malign growths of epithelial and mesenchymal origin and inhibits the proliferation of lymphoid cells. (I) has LD50 in mice of 285 mg/kg s.c., 250 mg/kg i.m., 260 mg/kg p.o. and 64 mg/kg i.p. and effective doses are 1/14 to 1/10 of the LD50 dose.
