PURPOSE:To highly efficiently obtain composite products, which are endlessly connected with one another at the head parts of male members by a method wherein male molding parts and female molding parts are provided by the same pitch in one set of molds so as to mold female members round the male members at the female molding parts. CONSTITUTION:Three ranks of horizontal male molding parts 2a and 2b located at the right and left sides of a central branch-like runner groove 1 in the upper parts on the facing surfaces of a movable mold A and of a fixed mold B, three ranks of horizontal female molding parts 4a and 4b located respectively just below the parts 2a and 2b and three ranks of product housing parts 5a and 5b located respectively just below the parts 4a and 4b are provided vertically by the same pitch. Male members M, which are molded at the male molding parts in such a manner that the head parts of every three right and left members are connected to one another, are housed in the female molding parts so as to mold female members F on the lower half parts of the male members. Then, the resultant members are housed in the product housing parts so as to cut off runners R2 by closing the molds. After that, the resultant products are taken out of the molds without being cut-off. In order to smoothly perform the above-mentioned process, two sheets of or right and left carrying plates 7, on each which an elongated circular hole 15 having a length covering three pitches is made, are provided so as to be simultaneously moved by the length covering three pitches into and out of the molds. Thus, products, which are connected with one another at the head parts of the male members, are endlessly taken out of the molds. |
