<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the misinput due to pressure of hand holding the input pen, by locating the insulating spacer of frame type closely between the first and second film materials, and filling in inactive gas or insulating liquid at the closed space by the spacer. CONSTITUTION:On the insulating base plate 22 of the input plate 21 of the coordinate input unit, the resistive film 23 is closely formed with metal oxide vapor deposition, and the frame type insulating spacer 24 of uniform thickness with airtight material is provided to the spacer 23. Further, the conductive film 26 by the conductive metal with flexibility and airtightness is adhered to the flexible film 27, which is extended under the insulating film 25 on the spacer 24. Near one corner of the base plate 22 adhering the resistive film 23, the sealing plug 28 passing through thickwide is provided. This seal plug 28 can seal the closed space 30 formed with the resistive film 23, spacer 24, and conductive film 26, the insulating liquid 31, inactive gas 32, or mixture 33 of insulating liquid and inactive gas is filled in the closed space 30 to reduce the pressure by hand holding the input pen, allowing to prevent the production of misinput.</p> |
