PURPOSE:To improve S/N ratio of a toner protrusion and thus to obtain a continuous recording of a clear image by providing a magnetic bias exerting a repulsive force counter to a magnetic multistylus through a recording face. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bias 5 repulsive to the polarity of a stylus 1 is provided in a platen against a multistylus head comprising adhering a toner protruding magnet 9 on the magnetic multistylus 1 arrayed linearly opposite to a recording face 4. Then, a toner feed passage and the protruding magnet 9 on the stylus 1 are connected, a magnetic fluid toner 9 is fed to the head, a pulse from a pulse voltage source 8 is given between the stylus 1 and the platen 6, thereby flying the toner onto the recording face 4 to recording. |
