<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned sheet superior in surface appearance and draping by subjecting a thermosetting synthetic resin sheet large in high frequency dielectric loss and a synthetic resin sponge material to high frequency-impressed fusion in a female mold with a rugged pattern formed thereon which is small in high frequency dielectric loss. CONSTITUTION:A female mold 1 with a rugged pattern 2 formed on the surface is prepared , consisting of an insulating material small in high frequency dielectric loss like silicone resin, epoxy resin or urethane resin. Then, a thermosetting synthetic resin sheet or leather 3 large in high frequency dielectric loss like polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane elastomer is placed on the female mold 1, a synthetic resin sponge material 5 is placed further thereon, the mold is pressed with an upper electrode plate 8 and a lower electrode plate 7 and a high frequency current is impressed thereto at the same time, the thermosetting synthetic resin sheet or leather 3 and the synthetic resin sponge material 5 are subjected solidly to high frequency- impressed fsion, thus obtaining the objective sheet.</p> |
