PURPOSE:To permit the performance of a high-speed X-ray scanning by a simplified system in which a metal oxide body and an optical system are rotatably held integrally and also the focus of X-rays is turned on circumferential orbit along a ring target. CONSTITUTION:A metal oxide body 31 and a focusing electrode 32 are fastened to a tip of a rotary cylinder 4 formed neary L-shape through an insulating material 42, and in the hollow portion of a rotary cylinder 41, an optical system for irradiating laser beam to the metal oxide body 31 is formed of a collimator lens 54, a glass 55 whose both ends are sealed in the inner wall, reflecting plates 56 and 57, and a focusing lens 58. The rotary cylinder 41 is rotatably held by a bearing 44, the inside of an outer case 11 is kept vacuum by the sealing O ring 43, and the cylinder 41 is driven by rotationally by means of a magnetic field generated from the coil 45 arranged outside the outer case 11. Thus, an X-ray scanning can be performed at high speed. |
