<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate securely squeaking sound due to braking action at the time of coupling by providng at least one of those two members to be coupled with each other with an absorptive material which will give necessary dynamic properties. CONSTITUTION:In case this is applied to a frictional electromagnetic brake device, a magnetic flux phi is generated as shown by a dotted line when a excitor coil 2 is energized, and an armature 5 is pulled against the force applied by a return spring 7 to be coupled with a lining 4. Rotation of the rotary shaft 11 is thus stopped. At this time of coupling, slip of the armature 5 with the lining 4 generates a squeaking brake sound. In order to prevent it a spring 13 is inserted in a hole 10a, for example, of a stationary part 10. Thereby a thrust force is applied to the coupling part of the armature 5 and lining 4 to absorb vibrations generated at the time of braking. Generation of the squeaking sound can be thus prevented.</p> |
