PURPOSE:To ensure the firing, to reduce the cost and to miniaturize the device by composing the anode reactor for a thyristor of a combined structure of a core with excellent high-frequency characteristic and an ordinary silicon steel core. CONSTITUTION:The plural thyristors 1 each of which is connected to the snapper circuit 2, in which a resistor and a capacitor are connected with each other in series, in parallel are connected to each other in parallel, and the configuration is used as a desired thyristor circuit. In this way, because inductances 3 are produced in the wiring between the parallel elements and an unbalance is developed in partial charges of respective elements, an anode reactor is connected to the thyristor 1 in series. Here the reactor is composed of the combination of the core 4 with high performance such as a ferrite core or a nickel alloy film core, which can maintain high magnetic conductivity for high frequency of 1MHz or more, and an ordinary silicon steel core 5. In this way, all the thyristors 1 can be fired at the same time, accordingly an ignition-delayed one or nonfired one will not appear. |
