<p>PURPOSE:To permit oil exchange without gas discharging by slidably inserting the check-pin arranged oppositely to a piston into the tube cover body on the liquid chamber side in the apparatus in which the inside of the tube is divided into a liquid chamber and gas chamber by a piston. CONSTITUTION:An oil hydraulic damper equipped with reservoir tank consists of an oil hydraulic damper body 1 and a reservoir tank 2, and both are allowed to communicate through a hose 15. In the tube 7 of the reservoir tank 2, a free piston 9 is inserted slidably, by which the inside of the tube is divided into an upper liquid chamber 10 and a lower gas chamber 11. As for such an apparatus, when oil is exchanged, the head part of a check pin 18 is pushed-into, and the lower end of the check pin is contacted with the end surface of the piston 9, keeping operation safe gap L, and allowed to resist against gas pressure. Then, the hose 15 is removed from passages 6 and 14, and in this state, gas exchange is carried out, and then each part is returned to the original state.</p> |
