<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the plate inscribed on the title without to generate cracking, etc., by a method wherein on the plate pasted on a base material, notches are made and the plate is pressed with a press. CONSTITUTION:A decoration material 11 is piled on the upper face of a base material 10 consisted of a fibrous plate and is pasted to it, and notches 12 are made at the positions to form step parts of said material 11. Then it is pressed with a press 13 to form step parts 14 at the said notch positions, and the decorative plate having a rugged surface can be obtained. As the pressing is performed after the notches 12 are made, cracking, tooth splitting in the decoration material 11 does not take place.</p> |
