The appts. which is in use of a drilling machine, a boring machine, a milling machine and the like, comprises a main spindle(1), a worm gear mechanism(2,3), a clutch mechanism(5,6) for turning a turret head(19), a press bar(15) for connecting & disconnecting the clutch mechanism, a partial gear(33) exclusively used for the turret head, he other gear(30) meshed with the partial gear(33), the other clutch mechanism for connecting & disconnecting a tool head spindle & the main spindle(1), and a connecting & disconnecting mechanism(23-28) which makes the tool head spindle connect or disconnect with the main spindle(1).
