PURPOSE:To obtain a good characteristic of heat radiation, by directly contacting a radiating element to a vacuum outer case and directly contacting a meniscus lens to said radiating element. CONSTITUTION:Springs 10 are pressing a radiating element 11 and meniscus lens 6 to a face plate 2 through a concaved mirror 3 and spacer 9. The radiating element 11 makes a contact with the face plate 2 by a plane simultaneously with a face 6a of the meniscus lens 6 by a plane. Though the face plate 2 is allowed to adhere to a funnel 1 by the method of solder glass at low melting point, its adhesive work is performed by pressing the face plate 2 with a slightly larger force than the tension of the springs 10 with the side of the face plate 2 in upper position, thus to perform a satisfactory work of adhesion. |
