PURPOSE:To accelerate the starting of the controller in a preheater in which electric current is applied by closing the key switch to a preheater plug by a metod wherein the preparation for riding are detected in two steps and the preheater plug is energized by the logical sum of time signals corresponding to the signals obtained. CONSTITUTION:The outputs of a timer circuit 24 which shows a t1 hour H by closing a door switch 22, a timer circuit 25 which shows a t2 hour H by closing a seat switch 23 and a timer circuit 26 which shows a t3 hour H by closing an ignition switch 2 heat glow plugs 4-7 at 900-750 deg.C through OR circuit 27, a main relay 8 and a subrelay 11. Accordingly, the starter can be rotated as soon as the key switch is closed. When no man sits on the seat even though time t1 elapse after the door opens, the temperature of the plug falls after quick heating but after that, when a man sits on the seat, the timer is electrified and further the timer 26 is operated by closing the key switch and simultaneously the controller can be started. |
