The tube wrapper consists of a fixed cylindrical mandrel. The mandrel has two rotating cylinders (2) fitted with an endless belt (3) including a turn around the mandrel. A second mandrel (7) is parallel and on the same axis as the first. This mandrel is opposite the trolley (8). The trolley is connected to the shaft (17) via a lever (18). The jack (19) allows axial displacement of the shaft (17) so that the cutters (11) can stay in the same relative position on the mandrel (7).
