<p>The platform (3) always remains horizontal during lifting and lowering and in the lowered position it rests on the ground so that a car (2) can easily drive onto it. The platform is moved by two articulating arms (4,5) themselves moved by the telescopic jacks (6). One end of the articulating arms (7,8) is fixed to the rigid support (9) itself fixed rigidly to the ground,while the other end of the arms (10,11) are fixed to the platform, the ends of the arms articulating so that the arms form a deformable parallelogram as the platform moves from high to low.</p> |
