Internal lining is for railway vehicle ceilings. It consists of several removable identical plates lined up with the vehicle longitudinal axis. They are joined together on their transverse edges by a fixing rod filling the space between plates. The edges of the plates are fixed to extruded profiles on seatings near the roof and upper support junction. The joint is flexible and carried in a groove in the plates. The fixing to the profile is done by screws. The space between the roof and ceiling carries air trunking.
