Full-value food for human nutrition consists of a cheese, of any type, contg. over 1 to a few 10 wt.% of natural, more or less finely ground or pulverised bran. The food can be used for dietary or macrobiotic nutrition as well as normal nutrition. Digestible, cheap food is obtd. which is easily worked up.
